Are you insured and bonded?
Yes, Cleaner Living is insured and bonded. We acknowledge that it is a privilege to be in your home and office. Your security and privacy is our top priority. In the unlikely event that an object is damaged, please notify us immediately.
Can I trust Cleaner Living?
Absolutely, Cleaner Living invests in our employees to ensure our cleaners are highly trained, reference checked, as well as insured and bonded. Orientation time lasts up to two weeks and our cleaners are employees of our company, not contractors.
Is Cleaner Living Pet Safe?
We love your pets, but sometimes they don’t always love us when we are in their home without their master. Please inform us of your pet(s) name(s) and any specific pet instructions we need to know during the initial interview.
Does Cleaner Living use 100% natural cleaning products?
We strongly encourage the use of non-toxic cleaning products and are happy to share our top picks with you based on your unique requirements.
What if I don’t have a mop, bucket, or vacuum?
No problem, Cleaner Living staff are equipped with the necessary supplies to effectively clean your home or office. We do highly recommend that you have or purchase your own cleaning products and equipment to ensure optimal sanitization.
How do you manage quality control?
Cleaner Living has developed cleaning systems and checklists to ensure clients’ expectations are met and services are consistent. Cleaner Living completes on site checks and appreciates the feedback received from our customer satisfaction surveys.
Do I have to be home while you clean?
You do not have to be home for your clean as long as you communicate the proper direction for entering and exiting your home and office. Your home or office will be secured when the cleaner leaves.
How much does it cost?
Cleaner Living provides each client with an individualized quote for your home and/or office cleaning needs. We want to ensure we accurately quote your cleaning service to ensure you receive full value for your money.
Is HST charged?
Yes, 13% HST is applicable for all our services and will be added to your invoice.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that schedules may change and that flexibility is required. We will send out a reminder email prior to your services and we require a 24 hour notice of cancellation. We dislike having to charge fees, however a $50 cancellation charge will apply if 24 hour notice is not received via telephone or email.
